Hello, I have a Puredisk Appliance. When I use the web GUI and go into the Manage->Policies area, the agents appear in the order they were added to the system instead of alphabetical order. This makes it very difficult to find the agent names when you have 200+. Does anyone know how to get these agents sorted alphabetically? Thank you very much!

Do any of you know if there is a CLI command that can tell the dedup rate for all the images created, and stored in a PureDisk pool?
For examaple, if I run bpimagelist on the master server I get some good info, but not the dedup rate for each image.

Wollte gerade auf meinem Redhat ( REL5 ) Linux Media Server ein 50TB ( 20 x 2,5TB LUNs ) Filesystem für meinen MSDP Pool anlegen.
- Und stellte dabei fest das das ext4 Filesystem nur Größen bis 16TB unsterstützt.
Wir habt ihr das gelöst ?
-> Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dem MSDP mehrer Filesysteme "unterzujubeln"?
-> Verwendet ihr Redhat Linux mit Filesystemen >16TB

I'm new to puredisk, my company wants to decomission the storage array where puredisk is running. The storage pool it's about 4TB.
What is the best way to migrate the storage pool on a new physical array? new LUN are already visible to the server. I was thinking about making a mirror using the VxVM running under puredisk, but will the puredisk aware of the new underlying volume configuration?

I have created an 100GB MSDP drive. Yesterday I increased the drive in Windows with 600GB so it's now 700GB, but my output with crcontrol --dsstat 1 still shows "Space allocated for containers

How do I increase the MSDP size? I rebooted the server after the resize. Whn I do backups ti the MSDP drive I get error 84, and I guess that's because it's still 100GB.
Netbackup version is 7.5.0.5 and Windows 2008R2.

Über "Configure Disk Storage Server" wurde auf einem Media Server ein MSDP Storage Server eingerichtet.
Danach wollte ich über "Configure Disk Pool" einen PureDisk Diskpool anlegen.
Dabei habe die Fehlermeldung ->
"The operation timed out. The operation has exceeded the time out limit, though the service or daemon may still be processing the request. (195)"
Hier die neuen ( großen ) Filesysteme -> Sind XFS Filesysteme unter REL5.9
/dev/mapper/MSDB-lv_MSDB 60T 416M 60T 1% /MSDB
/dev/mapper/MSDBdb-lv_MSDBdb 7.5T 38M 7.5T 1% /MSDBdb
- Sind die Filesystem vielleicht zu groß für Netbackup, bzw. Puredisk?
- Gibt es bekannte Limitierungen?

We are backing up 100 approx clients, and many of them are Linux Clients , so due to large backups size we want to modify the pure disk agent for linux configuration, as we have space problem on most of the linux clients,
We are using PureDisk 6.5.1.2
So kindly help me and give me the command to modify the pdagent configuration as large backups are there.
One of our client is installing PureDisk 6.5 Operatin System and while installing it gives error that Puredisk 6.5.0.1 is remote office edition and not supported ,,install PureDisk 6.5.0.3

# sh /cdrom/puredisk/software/install.sh
and got the error that PD 6.5.0.1 is not supported , it is remote office edition,
install PD 6.5.0.3 .

We want to migrate PD from one server to another server , OLD PD is successfully running , we have shut down the PD Server and install the new PD Server with same configuration and host settings and after installing new PD we have deleted the /Strorage of this new PD Server and copied a /Storage of old PD Server to this new PD Server
So when i restarted this new PD server
some services failed i.e. pddb+pdweb+pdcr
So how to resolve this problem

We're running NetBackup Puredisk and every 12 hours there is a lot of activity on the database disk which uses almost 25% of the disk. Is there a way to change the frequency or is there some other method available to decrease the disk usage?

When I reboot my NBU 7.5.0.5 on Win2008R2 with MSDP, immediatly after the server is online, and a backup job is scheduled, I get error 83 on that job. If I retry the job a few minutes after the jobs runs just fine. I have seen this behaviour more than once, right after the server reboot.
Error 83 seems to indicated that the MSDP disk pool is not ready. Could it be that the scheduler starts the job defore the Dedupelication Engine or disk pool is ready?
The only thing in Reports - Problems related to this is:

Is there a better way to monitor? the spoold log file does not have any ERR logged during the time interval, only INFO.

I am running a Netbackup Puredisk 6.6.0.3 server and have to begin backups of a large amount of data over a very small link.
Is there any funcionally within puredisk to allow me backup to USB on the server i am backing up and then Plug the USB hard drive into my Puredisk server to add to my disk pool to save potentally weeks of performing a Full Backup over a network link?

I am trying to find a way to find out if the post 6.6.3a PureDisk upgrade Content Router rebasing has completed.
It is quite easy to check with the crcontrol if the rebasing option is enabled or disabled at all but I would like to know if the rebasing is still "in progress" or is this "completed". I am aware that this rebasing runs in backgroud and not 24/7 but how to check if all CR entries have been rebased??

I am troubleshooting SPAR replication issue on 6.6.3 PureDisk.
On the Destination Storage Pool SPAR jobs start and keep being queued with 0% progress until 24h watchdog kills them.
On the Source Storage Pool the SPAR job is killed by watchdog after 4h at 33%.
Tried to run update agent configuration (the Source SPA is an Agent on Destination pool) using the "Config File Update" but that job got queued at 0% and is not progressing on the target SPA.
I have just re-activated - set all the settings from scratch - the SPAR policy on the Source Storage Pool. The SPAR activation job completed successfully on the Source SPA.
Ran SSH session from one to another and the other way.
Any ideas where is the connection problem? SSH keys? Strange.
Any help or tips welcome!
